On agreement of contract, mode heating and cooling require a 20% deposit of the total cost of works. Balance of all monies outstanding shall be paid to mode by the client immediately on completion of all works.
mode understands that a new commercial or residential development may need us to come out multiple times for re evaluation and placement of the units; in this case we require progress payments to be made.

Mode heating and cooling offer finance through GE Capital Finance Australia. There are 12 and 24 month interest free terms available for customers who are eligible. This enables you to buy now and pay later.
